Examine historical documents and analyze old photographs for clues about the person’s life and discover their final resting place at Rose Hill Cemetery. End the week with a field trip to the Indiana State Museum to learn more about the time periods in which your person lived.

Build a log cabin like a pioneer, march like a Civil War soldier, dance the Charleston like a 1920s flapper, and plant your own WWII Victory Garden as you time travel through Indiana’s past. Using historical items from the History Center’s collection, hands-on activities, and historical re-enactors, you’ll experience history firsthand. At the end of the week, take a field trip to the Indiana State Museum to learn more about Indiana’s past.
