Parking:

Free parking is available for three hours at any of the metered spaces in the lot located on the corner of 6th and Lincoln Streets (behind the History Center). The rate in this lot is $0.50 an hour after the first three hours.

On-street parking is available at a metered rate of $1.00 an hour. The on-street meters take quarters or credit/debit cards for a $0.30 additional fee per use.

Admission Fees:

Admission to the 2nd Floor Museum is free to members and their guest. The first floor of the History Center, where the Research Library is located, is free.

Children 5 and under: free

Looking for summer fun? The Monroe County History Center is a Blue Star museum which enables active duty military members and up to 5 family members to visit the museum for free between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
