Illustrating Identity and Home Sweet Home Opening Reception

Join us for an evening reception exploring the History Center’s two newest exhibits: Illustrating Identity and Home Sweet Home. Kelly Richardson, Curator of Illustrating Identity, will give remarks at 6pm. Light refreshments provided.

Senior cords, decorated corduroy pants and skirts popular with high school seniors, are a unique piece of Hoosier heritage. This exciting exhibit guest-curated by Kelly Richardson follows their history from their Purdue University origins through their high school heyday in the 50s and 60s and up to their contemporary revival in bespoke fashion brands like BODE.
