Violeta McKee was born in the Philippines in 1936 as the youngest of five children in a middle-class family. However, through resilience, she consistently pushed the boundaries of her life, as evident in the story of her lone immigration from the Philippines to find her way to Bloomington, Indiana, where she built a life for herself along the way. Exhibit now open!
Reception: Saturday, October 11th from 1-3 pm.
