Since 1905, we’ve been weaving the images of families, locations, events and culture together so that our community, both present and future, can share in the sense of why our community is unlike any other. Your support preserves priceless collections, expands our exhibits and educates over 3,000 students a year. So that ALL can live, love and share in the history and home we call Monroe County.
In honor of Gayle Cook’s birthday in 2019, the Board of the Monroe County History Center, along with the staff and volunteers, created a scholarship fund to provide support for educational programs and scholarships for schools and summer camps so they may attend educational programs and workshops at the Monroe County History Center.
