The Monroe County History Center is always pleased to partner with Resilience Productions to share history and encourage conversation in our community. The mission of Resilience is to enlighten and engage the public regarding the many untold stories of African Americans throughout the state of Indiana. Their objectives range from simply raising awareness to unabashedly celebrating the countless contributions African Americans and other minorities have made throughout Indiana’s 200-plus-year history.
Resilience Productions is created by Danielle Bruce, Gladys DeVane, and Elizabeth Mitchell. Together they are three women who believe in the power of storytelling.
The next partnership with Resilience Productions will be in March 2024. Stay tuned for ticket information!
